Art Leasing

Fine Art Leasing program is an affordable option for companies to acquire fine artwork and it can ease the strain on your working capital.

We will assist you with all your artwork requirements including: paintings, works on paper, sculpture and commissioned pieces.

The lease agreement is made directly between the client and Patou. No outside leasing or finance company is involved. Any single work of art with a combined value of $10,000 or over may be leased.

The artwork must be installed by our installation team. Artwork will be delivered, once a credit application is approved. Both, theft and damage insurance, during transit, are the responsibility of the lessor. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the lessee. Once the artwork(s) have been installed, the lessee will add a rider to his/her insurance policy, covering the value of the artwork(s) for the duration of the lease agreement.

ART LEASING:
Term Lease Purchase Agreement: 12 to 60 monthly payments of 2.50% of the retail value of the artwork(s) and an end of contract buyout.
